‘Le Tournesol’ is situated within the Old Tobacco Barn, on 2 floors with 2 en suit bedrooms.
The ground floor floor has an open plan design with fully fitted kitchen and dining area, lounge area and separate WC.

Le Tournesol Kitchen Area
The galley style kitchen is equipped with all mod cons including: cooker (gas hob & electric oven), dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, all utensils, crockery and cutlery. A child’s high chair can be provided if needed! The dining area has a table and 6 chairs, and looks out through large French doors, onto your own private patio and lawns.
Le Tournesol Lounge Area
In the lounge area, there is a modern corner suite (converts to bed settee), 3 seater sofa and matching armchair. TV (receives UK Sky free view channels), DVD player, large coffee table. There are also a large collection of DVD movies available, a PS2 game console and games, a good selection of board games and lots of tourist information brochures for your enjoyment.
On the 1st floor are 2 en suit bedrooms, one double and one triple.
Le Tournesol Double Bedroom with En-suit
The 1st bedroom is furnished with double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chester drawers and double wardrobe. The en suit bathroom is equipped with large corner hydro-shower, sink, WC, bathroom cabinet with shaving point and vanity cabinet.
Le Tournesol Triple Bedroom with En-suit
The 2nd bedroom is furnished with both a double and a single bed bedside tables and lamps, chester drawers and a large 4 door wardrobe. There is also a child’s cot set up in the bedroom. The en suit bathroom is equipped with full size bath with overhead shower, sink, WC, bathroom cabinet with shaving point and vanity cabinet.

Step outside your gite on to your Private Terrace where you and your family can enjoy and take in one of the best views in the Dordogne. Relax and take time to really soak up the peace and quiet, watch the flora and fauna & at night star gaze to your hearts content. All this whilst whilst dining alfresco with a glass or two of local wine.
- All linen and towels are provided (except for beach towels).
- The Gite is also fitted out with electric radiators.
- There is ample secure parking space within the grounds.
- There is a washing machine, iron and laundry items in a separate Utility room.
