This Dordogne Gite Accommodation of 2 separate gites each sleeping up to 5 people are ideally situated near the villages of Montagrier & Tocane St Apre with their shops & restaurants.
Surrounded by fields of corn, wheat and sunflowers with long distance views over unexploited French Countryside stretching down to the meandering River Dronne and beyond.

The gites – ‘Le Blé’ (with 3 bedrooms) and ‘Le Tournesol’ (with 2 ensuit Bedrooms) are located in what was originally a huge tobacco and cattle barn dating back over 100 years. Many features have been retained in all the gites including stone walls and exposed beams – these have been sympathetically incorporated into the renovations to compliment the modern airy ambiance as well as the added benefits of modern appliances and the added luxury of WIFI broadband access throughout the properties.
Both gites have been recently renovated to become an exceptionally pleasant place to stay, appealing to today’s ever more sophisticated guests.
