This Dordogne Gite Accommodation of 3 separate gites sleeping 3, 5 & 6 people are ideally situated near the villages of Montagrier & Tocane St Apre with their shops & restaurants.

Surrounded by fields of corn, wheat and sunflowers with long distance views over unexploited French Countryside stretching down to the meandering River Dronne and beyond.

All 3 properties have been recently renovated to become an exceptionally pleasant place to stay, appealing to today’s ever more sophisticated guests.

Gites 1 & 2 at La Treille

The two larger gites – ‘Le Blé‘ (with 3 bedrooms) and ‘Le Tournesol’ (with 2 Bedrooms) are located in what was originally a huge tobacco and cattle barn dating back over 100 years. Many features have been retained in all the gites including stone walls and exposed beams – these have been sympathetically incorporated into the renovations to compliment the modern airy ambiance as well as the added benefits of modern appliances and the added luxury of WIFI broadband access throughout the properties.

Gite 3 at La Treille

The smaller gite ‘Le Maize‘ (1 bedroom) is a ground-floor, self-contained apartment with a large bathroom including shower, spacious lounge and separate kitchen/dining room with a feature ‘bread oven’ built into the stone walls. It is attached to the owners property and benefits from it’s own private entrances, patio and gardens.
